This is a deer skull that the artist's Father provided her and then the artist painted the female reproductive organs on it. As you may know, the male of the white-tailed deer species is the one that has the antlers. By painting the feminine human reproductive organs on the male rack provided by the Father, the artist explores the concept Feminism. In this case, the artist hypothesizes that her female strength is derived from a positive male role model thus challenging the idea that ALL strong woman come from strong women. Some strong women come from strong men.
